CT70 CNC REAR DISC BRAKE ASSEMBLY KIT

This is a full CNC machined rear-end assembly. The assembly will include the hub, disc brake, caliper, pads, brake lever (not in photo) assembly, all bolts and most needed brackets . This is not a direct bolt in set up but is supplied with all the parts to fit most original and replica bikes standard rims, just un mount your hub from your rim and bolt the new one on measure to assure the sprocket is in-line with your front sprocket add spacers (washers) as required . Disassemble your brake lever and install the new one with the brake lever assembly included.This hub is offset and you will need to possibly turn the machined hub plate around and add a spacer or 2 (not supplied). We tried to supply all hardware so this could bolt in on most bikes with the supplied mounting brackets but depending on your set up you may need to alter or make brackets and get bolts to fit you aplication. 

 

This is installation may require a small modification to brackets or the addition of a spacer (washers) to center the rear sprocket in line with the front sprocket.
