Build your next Trail 70 replica. The Trail Buddy Kit Bike is a new bike made to order from our parts and engines. This new kit bike is even better on your budget, by the parts you select and with your time.  

This kit is designed for a massive 5.5L gas tank, a must for those larger engines. There are no frame/VIN numbers on these frames you must look into your states requirements if you plan on using this for road use.  This Kit will come with the following parts,

·         Step by step assembly instructions with photos, Not available yet!  

 

·         Steel Painted Frame, Color White, Metal headlight bucket, Black seat, All nuts bolts,  

·         Steel 5.5L gas tank with on and reserve fuel line connections, Parts Unlimited Blue Fuel Line with filter, Rubber gas tank isolators  

 

·         Electrical component mounts, Wire harness, 12v Coil Battery box with clamp band Classic Trail Lights and Blinkers, Standard handlebar controller assemble, Lock kit  

 

·         15T Front sprocket, 32T Rear Sprocket Bolted On, NO SNAP RING, 420 Parts Unlimited Chain  

 

·         This bike will come with a 125cc manual with an electric start and UNI air filter. The shifting pattern for the engine is 1N234. We use only the best engines for our bikes.
