You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. If you are missing any item in your order, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to contact us (616-772-9020 or trail-buddyshipping@hotmail.com) so that we can rectify the matter.  Anything after 14 days will be reviewed and determined per circumstance.

 

If placing an order over the phone or thru email, you, as the customer, have agreed to all terms and use of all shipping and return policies. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Once the shipment has left our warehouses, the delivery time is out of our control.
