30mm Full Front-End Assembly
Upgrade your ride with this complete 30mm front-end assembly, designed for an easy, bolt-in installation. Simply un-mount your hub from your rim and attach the new one. Disassemble your forks and install the new ones along with the brake lever assembly for a smooth, hassle-free upgrade.
This assembly includes everything pictured and has been specifically crafted for the 1969-1971 CT70 fork conversion. While designed for those models, it’s compatible with any CT70 frame, making it a perfect choice for restoration or customization. We’ve tested it to ensure it fits most stock CT70 frames. If you encounter any issues with fitting it into the neck of the frame, it’s likely due to frame damage.

Installation Notes for the FOLD DOWN BAR OPTION:
• If installing on a K0/HK0 and using fold-down style bars- you will to purchase our aftermarket handlebar clamp, TB044, here this completes the conversion to mount fold down bars.
• Due to the hydraulic braking system, the stock style handlebars will not work with the brake reservoir. You will need to replace the handlebars with our smooth and taller bars. We also offer a complete controller assembly kit which can be found here:
Installation Notes for the BMX BAR OPTION:
• The top plate that is included in this assembly, does NOT have the riser mounting holes drilled out, since there are too many BMX options to anticipate.
• Our BMX kits work smoothly with this assembly. You can find them here:
• Fork travel approx. 6 inches
• Diameter of shock tube - 30mm
• Diameter of disc brake - 8 inch
• Fork seal kit to repair leaks PUFS-004
• Installed Brake Hose measures at 36 inches
• Speedometer is a square peg on the hub end and measures 25.5 inches.
• Replacement speedometer cables, depending on length: Direct or Longer
• If you are installing this on the 1975 CT70- you will need the longer speedometer cable TB227
