Skid Plate on Ice Bear Champion LX

Ordered this unit to put on My New (2025) Ice Bear Champion LX (PLZ125-2P). Fit up was fairly good though it did need to be tweaked a bit to fit properly. Several of the Sheared edges of the plate and side mounting struts were fairly sharp and needed the edges broken so that they won't cut you...quick file or sandpaper will do you good. For my set up I am using a Bolt, Lock Washer and Flat Washer..... with that the recommended bolt lengths were short. I used bolts that are 5mm longer. Also on the Left side (astride the bike looking forward) strut needed to have clearance notch cut/ground in the back edge where the Starter wire passes behind it. If you don't relieve this the wire will get cut and potentially ground out.
