HD Bike Building Stand-Can be purchased as a complete set or individual components.

This stand was designed by Trail Buddy Inc. and built in the USA. We needed something better to hold the frame, engine and bike for rebuild and assembly. This stand is our solution and is used for disassembly by removing the foot peg assembly and bolting the engine attachment to the foot peg mounting holes. With the frame attachment you can hold the frame using the engine bolt hole locations for all the body work and panting. After the engine work and body work is completed this stand works great for reassembly.

Brand new Heavy Duty Design! We asked for our customer’s feedback and we listened! We made the new HD stand to be more adjustable, three times stronger and the engine plate twice as thick.

The new adjustable stand can go as low as 7” tall to as high as 11” tall. The stands are powder coated and we zinc plate the engine mount. The engine mount, on the shorter side is 44mm center to center. The longer side has elongated holes that vary from 83mm-89mm center to center.

1. Mount the assembled engine to the engine attachment using the foot peg mounting holes

2. Slide the assembly into the stand

3. Set the height of the stand to the max height (8 1/4in from top to bottom of frame) with the adjustment bolt

4. With the engine mounted to the stand start your reassembly

Bring your frame to the engine and install all your parts, build your entire bike on this stand from the engine up. Why lift you engine up to the frame only to drop it or scratch your newly painted bike, we have a lot of experience with this, save time and work. After your bike is completely assembled with the tires and all, turn out the adjustment bolt and let the bike land on it's tires.

The body of the stand is powder coated red and all of the attachments are zinc plated. This will ship unassembled with all nuts and bolts; it will also include 1 engine attachment. The optional frame mount and rubber covered standard flat top are sold separately.
