20mm Carburetor – Perfect for 125cc
Engines!
This carburetor is one of our
favorites for 125cc engine bikes, offering excellent performance. It’s a great
option for 125cc engines with an independent on/off/res switch.
Key Features:
- Fuel Inlet:
- Single 3/16-inch fuel inlet on the left side.
- No integrated fuel switch/petcock (If you need one, please check out TB118Kit).
- Choke: Located on the
left side for easy access.
- Adjustment Screws: Idle and
air/fuel mixture adjustment screws are on the right side for convenience.
- Fuel Bowl: Includes a
drain for easy maintenance.
- Dimensions: Overall height
of 5.25 inches.
- Air Filter Mount: Compatible
with a 35mm (1.25-inch) air filter.
- Intake Dimensions: Features a 48mm
mounting hole distance and M6x1 bolt threads for secure
installation.
- Throttle Cable: Requires 54mm
of cable inside and 42mm of travel to achieve wide-open
throttle. The top features 5mm of cable adjustment and has a
two-piece design.
Important Notes:
- This carb is too large to be used as a stock Z50
replacement. However, if you have a larger engine installed in a Z50
frame, it could be a suitable option if the specifications match.
