The assembly will include the forks, axle, hub, disc brake, caliper, pads, brake lever assembly, 30mm triple tree, and speedometer gear and speedometer cable.

This is a bolt in set up with the new 30mm triple tree set up, just un-bolt your rim from your hub and install on the new assembly. This assembly will require the new 30mm triple tree to be installed, the original triple tree will not work with this fork system. You will also need to source out 30mm headlight bucket ears, the stock ones will not fit over the larger fork tube. We have TB084D: https://mytrailbuddystore.com/cncheadlightbucketears.aspx

If you are going to install this on a CT70 manufactured from 1969-1971, you will also need to purchase a new top plate and a new handlebar mount (we have a kit available which includes this front end in the price TB167) or find these pieces from a CT70 1972 or up. The top plate from a 1972 to 1979 will work with this fork set. In addition, if your bike has the welded on brake lever perches, you may want to get a new set of smooth handle bars to help mount the brake lever and clamp (our set of smooth bars: TB197).

We have found that these forks fit most stock CT70 frames- if it is not fitting correctly in the neck of the frame, there is a good chance that the frame has been damaged.

**If you are installing this on the 1975 CT70- you will need the longer speedometer cable TB227
