Classic Honda Trail-70 Replacement Exhaust

Revive your Classic Mini Trail-70 with our brand-new replacement exhaust. Designed to fit all Honda CT70 model years (1969–1994), this exhaust replicates the 1972+ style while providing a replacement option for both early and later CT70 models. IMPORTANT Installation / Fitment Notes:

This is an aftermarket reproduction exhaust. While it is designed to fit Honda CT70 and reproduction-style frames, minor fitment differences may occur. Original Honda frames are now decades old and may have previous damage or slight variations, and mounting/weld locations can also vary slightly between original and newly manufactured components.

• The shock tab mount may not always center perfectly with the mounting point on the frame. Minor adjustment may be necessary during installation.
• If needed for additional clearance/alignment, removing the original exhaust stay bolt may make installation easier.
• When installing on a stock Honda CT70 with the original engine cradle, the lower exhaust shield may need to be removed or modified for proper clearance.
• We recommend installing the head pipe first without fully tightening the hardware, followed by aligning the shock mount. Once the exhaust is properly positioned, tighten all mounting hardware.

Other Applications:

This exhaust can also be used with 125cc/140cc aftermarket engines that use the same engine bolt pattern as the stock CT70 70cc engine, but MODIFICATIONS WILL BE REQUIRED.

• Mounting: Larger aftermarket engines have different cylinder/head dimensions than the stock 70cc engine, which changes the position of the exhaust. Because of this, the rear exhaust mount will not align with the shock mount. The customer will need to determine and/or fabricate an appropriate mounting solution for their specific setup.
• Carburetor Tuning: This is a restricted, stock-style exhaust. When used with a larger aftermarket engine, additional carburetor tuning may be necessary for the engine to run properly.
