Replacement Right Controller

Our right controller is designed to work
exclusively with the corresponding left controller (TB026LH) and plugs directly
into our 12V labeled harness (TB160 Wiring Harness) without any modifications. If you
choose to use a different wire harness, please note that you will be
responsible for any necessary wiring modifications, and we are unable to
provide assistance with these adjustments.

This controller is a great replacement for clone bikes and is an excellent option for full 12V conversions,
offering the look of a later model CT70. It fits any 7/8” handlebars but works
best with our tall fold-down bars or BMX bar kits.
Wiring modifications may be needed.

We highly recommend this setup if you are
upgrading your front forks to a hydraulic system that has the hydraulic brake
lever pre-installed.

The controller features an integrated twist
throttle, throttle cable, and grip, along with the following functions: starter
button and a toggle switch for headlight on/off.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This controller will not
wire into any stock CT70 Honda wire harness. It is solely intended for use with
our 12V labeled harness (TB160 Wiring Harness). While it will physically fit on stock
handlebars, functionality is limited to this specific application.

Special Note on Included Throttle Cable:
This cable is specifically designed to work with our controllers (TB026RC and
TB026CBL). It is a 2-inch longer clone throttle cable with a twist-in style,
featuring an overall sheath length of 31” and an overall length of 35”. Due to
its length, this setup is best suited for our tall bars (Tall
Handlebars) or our BMX kits (BMX
