The Electric Solenoid is essential for our 12V conversion
kits and comes standard with our electric start motors. If you purchased an
electric start engine and it didn't include a solenoid, this unit will work for
all two-wire 12V applications. It effectively allows the battery's electrical
current to engage the starter motor, providing reliable starting power.
For harnesses with integrated starter switch wiring (TB160
and TB422), please disregard the included wiring diagram, as these systems are
designed to work seamlessly without it. This solenoid ensures efficient and
reliable starting, making it a great addition to your setup.
