1/2" x 1.062" OD Low Carbon Zinc Finish Steel large inner washer to retain your shocks, this washer is great for the rubber bushing. This is just needed on the top shock mounts. It correlates with #16 in the Honda Diagram. These are needed to avoid the below issues.
