This is an OEM left crank case cover that is brand new in the bag. It is a one piece cover, but will fit all CT70's. Stock came with a 2 piece cover that Honda discontinued, it is number 1 in the diagram.

JIS Steel Pan Head Replacement Engine Bolts for the Left Crankcase Cover
It includes 1 20mm bolt (#18), 1 35mm bolt (#20) and 1 OEM Special bolt (#19).
