- This upgraded fork system
reduces free play, features thicker tubes, and uses an enclosed design
compared to the original stock style. It also includes new fork boots and
an axle spacer for a complete upgrade.
- Because of the design, it
is highly recommended to clean the triple tree tubes thoroughly and apply
fresh lubricant before installation. Sand or debris inside the tubes can
prevent proper fork compression.
- These replacement fork oil
dampener tubes are designed for Z50 models equipped with a triple tree
that has welded-on caps. While all soft tail models typically have the
correct triple tree, some early hard tail models may not. The image below
highlights the compatible triple tree (circled).

- You will need to reuse your original fork bolts.
- Please note: this item is
non-returnable once installed.
- Our aftermarket parts are
made for Z50 clone reproductions and offer excellent quality, though they
are not manufactured to an exact Honda specification.
