****Due to the global manufacturing and shipping delays we have modified the shipping/return policies to the following:

1) If the item has a "TB" in front of it and it states it is out of stock- it is and we have no firm eta on the item.  Please email us at to inquiry about being put on the back order notification list.

2) If the item has an "OEM" in front of it and states it is out of stock- unless otherwise stated more likely than not it will be in stock within 5-7 business days.

3)Due to supply chain issues, we have had to limit our website offerings from our supplier Parts Unlimited.  The effected parts have an “Email for Availability” for a stock quantity.  Please email us to see if the part is in stock. 

  We will email you if your order is impacted for more than 4 business days with this issue.  

4) Prior to COVID- we were able to add items to order or try to combine orders to save on shipping HOWEVER at this time where we are severely understaffed we can't.  

We ask for your understanding that response times, order processing, and shipping will be delayed during this time 

Prior to COVID shipping policy:

Our Shipping Department is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 12pm standard Eastern Time.  Orders will be processed as they come in same business day prior to 12pm EST or the next business day if the order was placed after 12pm EST.  Our goal is to ship every order in a timely fashion.  Please note that once the shipment has left our warehouses, the delivery time is out of our control. 

 We offer several different shipping methods to meet the customer’s needs.  We have a flat rate shipping that is described in more detail below, UPS Ground/3-Day Select or 2nd Day air, USPS Priority or first class mail options.  You, as the customer, can choose your preferred method via a drop- down box during the checkout process.  All International Orders will be shipped via USPS Priority International Mail*/ we can get international rates via UPS International Services but we have heard that that they charge more for the customs than the post office.  Trailbuddy Inc is not responsible for any taxes or duties that might be due with your shipment.  Any and all taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer.

 All shipments will have no additional insurance coverage, beyond the carriers’ free insurance (UPS has a $100 value per shipment, USPS has a $50 value per shipment); there is an option during the checkout process that the customer can choose to add additional insurance to their order. Due to the cost of the motors, we have already put the additional insurance cost into the additional handling fee.

FIRST CLASS SHIPMENTS: as the customer, you are taking the chance that the Post Office may lose your shipment.  There is no insurance on first class packages so if the post office loses the package- Trailbuddy is not LIABLE for this.  It is unfortunate event but that is the risk you are taking.

 Flat rate shipping will be based on the order amount and will be shipped by either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail- this is at Trail buddy’s full discretion. WE NEED A PHYSICAL ADDRESS to ship via Flat Rate.  If a PO Box is supplied, we will hold order until we can get a physical street address. There will be a flat rate shipping amount associated with each level of purchases and heavy or bulky items will have added shipping amount. We have listed the breakdown of the dollar amounts listed below as well as the items that carry extra shipping based on the oversize shape or weight of these objects (these handling fees are charged to all methods of shipping).

  Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives to make sure that it is exactly listed on your sales receipt and that there is no damage to the product due to shipping.  If you are missing any item in your order, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to contact us (616-772-9020 or so that we can rectify the matter.  Anything after 14 days will be reviewed and determined per circumstance.  If there is a damaged part from shipping please retain the original shipping box, take pictures of the box and damaged product and email us at so that a claim can be processed.  None of our products go out damaged, so if it is damaged it is due to shipping. The shipping carriers ONLY give us a 10 day window to put in a damaged claim.  It is very important for the customer to inspect the package.  If it is past the 10 days, we may be unable to replace the damaged item.

If placing an order over the phone or thru email, you, as the customer, have agreed to all terms and use of all shipping and return policies. NO EXCEPTIONS.
