This is part of the clutch area on the right crankcase side. It will fit CT70 1970-1994; CT90 1966, 1969-72, 74-79; Z50A 1969-1978; Z50R 1979-1999; ATC70 1973-1985; TRX70 1986-1987. Will fit other models. It is #11 in the diagram.
